  6. Patient Charts. The database can maintain the patient profile and a record of
  7. diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results, problems, and orders. Standard protocols

  9. viewed or displayed in a bar chart for analysis. On demand, any patient chart
  10. can be recalled. A Patient Chart is designed to function as a standalone system

  16.  "Key Word" text. Customized letters can be generated through chart search.
